Carnival Cruise Line’s new ship will have the largest selection of retailers in the fleet

Carnival Cruise Line’s newest cruise ship, Carnival Celebration, will be a shopping paradise. The ship, which will debut in November this year, will feature no less than nine retail collections offering different choices for each cruiser.

Carnival offers new designs, such as designs inspired by the company’s home of Miami, and some time-tested favorites, such as Carnival’s 50th anniversary commemorative items, which were already sold out.

Carnival Celebration will be a shopper’s paradise when she ships in november with more options than any other ship in the Carnival Cruise Line fleet. The cruise line has developed several new initiatives for its latest ship, which includes nine different retail collections.

Carnival Celebration will feature a new Carnival Store in the ship’s Summer Landing area featuring an extensive collection of logo-branded merchandise in reimagined designs and styles, a new line of customizable apparel and merchandise.

“As retailers, we’ve seen more opportunities to connect our merchandise to our onboard experiences, so for the Carnival Celebration collections, we’ve really taken it up a notch,” said Jeremy Schiller, vice president of retail operations for Carnival Cruise Line.

“We know our guests want Carnival merchandise, ship-name merchandise, and merchandise that reminds them of where they’ve traveled with us, and they’ll find all of that and more on Celebration. We’re sure they’ll love our new releases as much as our classics.

Nine retail collections

The nine retail collections will include some of the many limited-edition 50th anniversary merchandise, which launched in March this year. These items have proven so popular with guests that many things sold out in record time.

Guests will once again be able to purchase the 50th anniversary Monopoly game and “pieces of history” memorabilia, among other guest favorites.

Carnival will also expand on the successful partnership it has established with Miami-based artist Romero Britto, who will design a line of colorful Celebration-specific products including handbags, luggage tags and passport holders.

Those looking for something truly unique will turn to the 305 Deco Celebration, based on Carnival Celebration 820 Biscayne area and the town where Carnival was founded 50 years ago. The collection will celebrate Miami’s tropical colors and vibes with beach bags, coasters, bucket hats, towels, lanyards and more.

Avid collectors will be pleased to view a selection of limited-edition Carnival Cruise Line items, which consist of unique ship models, official pieces along with the original and new Partya Funship Freddy plush, funnel hats and headbands.

The new hull design presented by Carnival will also feature in the onboard retail collections. The range’s stunning new red, white and blue shell livery can be found in a wide selection of backpacks, apparel and accessories.

Carnival will also introduce a new line of merchandise over the holidays, in the form of unique ornaments, Christmas trees and fun pajamas for the whole family.

Customers will be able to discover the new commercial offers of Celebration distributed in the six areas of the ship: The Gateway, 820 Biscayne, Celebration Central, The Ultimate Playground, Summer Landing and Lido, but in different areas of the sister ship Mardi Gras.

Sister ship to Carnival Cruise Line’s flagship, Mardi Grasthe arrival of Carnival Celebration will mark the culmination of a year of celebrations for the 50th anniversary of the cruise line.

The 180,000 gross ton Excel-class cruise ship will depart PortMiami’s redesigned Terminal F on Nov. 21. Before that, he will make a transatlantic cruise.

Leaving Southampton, England on November 6, 2022, Carnival Celebration will stop in La Coruña and Vigo, Spain, Funchal, Madeira, Tenerife, Canary Islands, and arrive in Miami on November 20. Her first cruise from Miami will be 6 nights Eastern Caribbean Cruisecalling at Grand Turk, Puerto Plata and Nassau.

Carnival will release more details about the ship in the months leading up to the first cruise. Expect more exciting things from the Miami-based cruise line.
